Cardiovascular Endurance:-

The ability of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to transport oxygenated blood to the working skeletal muscles for an extended length of time without fatiguing.

Muscular Endurance :-

Ability of a skeletal muscle or a group of skeletal muscles to continuously contract for an extended length of time without fatiguing.

Musculoskeletal Strength:-

It is the combined strength of muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments.

Flexibility:-

It is the ability of the body to sustain full & complete range of motion around joints.

Ideal Body Composition:-

It is the ability of an individual to maintain the ideal ratio of adipose(Fat) tissue to lean body mass. A male is said to have ideal body composition, if no more than 15% of his overall bodyweight comprises of adipose tissue. A female is said to have ideal body composition, if no more than 20% of her overall bodyweight comprises of adipose tissue
