Except keeping you fresh and energetic there are a  lot of other health benefits of drinking adequate water on daily basis.Early morning water treatment, more specifically in the ancient Sanskrit language, “Usha Paana Chikitsa” (dawn water treatment) , is said to be the cure for many common sicknesses and ailments, even cancer!

Now let us know the most important thing that is drinking water stored in “COPPER” Utensils. In the state of Andhra Pradesh of India the metal COPPER is called as “RAAGI” and STONE is called as “RAAI”. From our ancestors we have learnt that if we drink water stored in “RAAGI” (COPPER) utensils the human body will become “RAAI” (STONE). How Much Water Do You Need?

Some recent research suggests that increased amounts of water — such as the recommended eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. If you’re not sure about your hydration level, look at your urine. If it’s clear, you’re in good shape. If it’s dark, you’re probably dehydrated.

If Night shift then drink water after each hour – 1 small glass.

Strange but True: Drinking Too Much Water Can Kill

1.Ingesting more water than you need can increase your total blood volume. And since your blood volume exists within a closed system (your circulatory system), needlessly increasing your blood volume on a regular basis puts unnecessary burden on your heart and blood vessels.

2.Your kidneys must work overtime to filter excess water out of your circulatory system. Your kidneys are not the equivalent of a pair of plumbing pipes whereby the more water you flush through your kidneys, the cleaner they become; rather, the filtration system that exists in your kidneys is composed in part by a series of specialized capillary beds called glomeruli. Your glomeruli can get damaged by unnecessary wear and tear over time, and drowning your system with large amounts of water is one of many potential causes of said damage.

Relieves Fatigue:-In case if you always feel tired, then there is a high chance that it can be due to less consumption of water. Water is used by the body to help flush out toxins and waste products that the body does not need. When there is less water in the body, the heart needs to work more to pump out the oxygenated blood to all cells and at the same time other major body organs also become exhausted. All these factors make you feel tired always.

When feeling tire our body oxygen levels dips due to less source of oxygen. Remember more than blood our body needs oxygen to keep fresh.

By Yawing our natural body reacation to tiredness is because we pull oxygen required for keeping system up. Also drinking water supply oxygen to blood and which in turns gives it to each organ of the body.

Other way to beat tiredness is doing Pranayam and other breathing exercise, which also does the same

The human brain on adults consists of about 85% water and is extremely sensitive to water loss. It is said that the brain cannot tolerate even a 1% loss of water in order to function properly. (Remember that nerve cells don’t regenerate like the other cells in the body).

A brain that functions well gives us peace of mind and relaxation. Treat an irritated person with a glass of water and you will notice how he will calm down and change his mood.

Recommended methods for drinking hot water

One or two glasses of hot water, early in the morning, once you wake up and before brushing your teeth – at standing position slowly without taking any air (Taking air while drinking water to fast and is bad).

The right way to drink water is to sip and not gulp as tennis player do when playing grueling sets under soaking sun sweating profusely.

Walk, Yoga asan, any exercise or body movement  should be done for atleast 30 min before breakfast so that flushing takes place thoroughout thd digestion system.

One or two glasses of hot water, after brushing your teeth, before having your breakfast.

At least three glasses of hot water throughout the morning.

One glass of hot water at least 15-30 minutes before meal and after 2-3 hours after lunch.

At least two glasses of hot water throughout the evening (Best if four glasses).

One glass of hot water, before going to sleep.

The glass of hot water shall be approximate of 240-300 ml in volume.

The Water shall be hot at a temperature of around (50°C) that means hot enough to feel it while drinking, but affordable, without causing burn.
